Where are my training records stored?
All of your data is stored on your device. After signing in, you can turn on cloud sync with a Premium plan to sync your data across multiple devices (the photos themselves are not synced and remain on each device). Because deleting the App causes your local data to be lost, we recommend backing up beforehand.
Can I change the weight unit?
You can switch between kg and lbs under “Weight Unit” on the settings screen. Switching does not automatically convert your existing records.
How do I use the interval timer?
When you log a set on the training entry screen, the interval timer starts automatically. You can change the default number of seconds on the settings screen.
How are photos managed?
From the Photo tab, you can record up to three photos per day (FRONT / SIDE / BACK). Photos are saved in the App’s dedicated storage on your device and are not accessible to other apps.
How do I change which body metrics are recorded?
Under “Body Record Settings” on the settings screen, you can toggle the display of body-fat percentage, muscle mass, and waist on or off.
Can I back up my data?
You can back up using the following methods from “Data Management” on the settings screen.
- Cloud sync (Premium): When you sign in and enable it, your training records, body data, and photo record information are synced with another device (the photos themselves are not synced). You can share your data by signing in with the same account on another device.
- JSON export: You can export your training records, body data, and more as a JSON file and import it again later.
- CSV export (coming soon): Exporting your training history in CSV format is planned for a future update.
Is my data sent to the cloud?
By default, all of your data is stored on your device. Only when you sign in with a Premium plan and enable cloud sync is your data stored in the Firebase cloud (the photos themselves are not transmitted). We also collect crash reports anonymously to improve the stability of the App (no personally identifying information is included).
