0. About this notice
This page provides the disclosures required of online sellers in Japan under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). It is provided in English for transparency; the legally binding version is the Japanese page.

5. Prices
The list prices for Lift1up Premium plans are as follows.
- Monthly: JPY 480 (tax included) / month
- Annual: JPY 2,980 (tax included) / year
- Lifetime: JPY 9,800 (tax included), one-time payment
Introductory offer for the monthly plan: new users may be offered the first month at JPY 240 (tax included). After the first month, the subscription automatically renews at the standard price of JPY 480 (tax included) per month. Renewal continues monthly through the payment method registered to your Apple ID until you cancel auto-renewal.
Limited-time Founder plan: the Founder plan offers the Lifetime plan (regular price JPY 9,800) at JPY 4,800 (tax included) as a time-limited promotion. It is hidden outside the promotional window.
Please always confirm the exact amount and renewal terms on the App Store purchase confirmation screen before completing the purchase. Prices outside Japan are charged in the local currency as automatically converted by the App Store.
6. Additional fees
Network and mobile data usage fees associated with downloading and using the app are the user’s responsibility.
Apart from the data fees noted above, we do not charge any additional fees (no packaging, shipping, or handling fees apply).
7. Payment methods
Payments are made via the payment method registered to your Apple ID (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, carrier billing, App Store gift card, etc.). We do not directly receive or store payment credentials such as credit card numbers.
8. Payment timing
For auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly / annual), the first charge is made when you confirm the purchase on the App Store. Subsequent charges are made automatically by the App Store within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, at the same price. Lifetime purchases are charged in full at the time of purchase.
9. Delivery / activation
Premium features are activated in the app immediately after payment is confirmed. After reinstalling or switching devices, you can restore past purchases via “Restore Purchases” in the app or from the settings screen.
10. Returns, cancellation, and refunds
Cancelling an auto-renewing subscription: unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew at the same price. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS. Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: because purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.
Lifetime plan: the Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Premium features. Cancellation and refunds after purchase are not generally accepted.
11. Quantity limits and offer validity
Sales quantity limits: none.
Offer validity period: there is no fixed expiry for regular plans. Time-limited promotions (introductory offers, the Founder plan, etc.) are presented with their own validity windows; please refer to the in-app screen for details.
12. Defects and warranty
The app is provided on an as-is basis, and we do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose. If you encounter a significant defect, please contact us at the email address in section 4. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, our total liability is limited to the amount most recently paid by you to us.
13. System requirements
The app requires iOS 16.4 or later. Please check your device’s OS version before purchasing. Android support is planned.
